Today, as the Founder & Director of PND Group, Mr. Pankaj leads an enterprise that has revolutionized logistics operations by eliminating third-party dependencies.

On the academic front, Mr. Pankaj Mishra graduated in Mechanical Engineering and post-graduated (Gold Medalist) in Industrial Engineering and management. His corporate stint includes Wipro, Lava International, and Delhivery where he gained experience to lead teams and dived deep into logistics and supply chain management. For a good period, Mr. Pankaj Mishra entered academic career and took the teaching job in engineering field while pursuing for his SSB exam. However, his love for entrepreneurship made him take a leap and start his own company.

Mr. Pankaj alongside his co-founder Mr. Amit, recognized a fundamental gap in the logistics industry—businesses were overly reliant on intermediaries. PND Global Logistics was born from this insight in the year 2019. Unlike many logistics companies that rely on third-party service providers, PND Global Logistics registered directly with all major shipping lines—a move that gave them unmatched control over operations. But starting up wasn’t easy. From managing regulatory challenges to securing the first big clients, he navigated every hurdle with the precision of a strategist. With success came expansion. Under PND Maritime Pvt. Ltd.,Mr. Pankaj took things one step further acquiring and operating their own containers instead of leasing from others. This strategic move further solidified PND Group’s position in global trade, giving the company an edge over competitors. Bootstrapped, PND Group comprises of 70+ employees and is growing exponentially.
